Scope of Application<\/h2><p>These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made between EGGS SRL (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Seller\u201d) and any individual consumer acting for personal, non-commercial purposes (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Client\u201d) via the websites <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valeriebarkowski.com\">www.valeriebarkowski.com<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.valeriebarkowski.shop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.valeriebarkowski.shop<\/a>.<\/p><p>Placing an order on these sites constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Products are intended exclusively for consumers with legal capacity to enter into contracts.<\/p><h2>2. Products<\/h2><p>All items are handmade using artisanal techniques. Slight variations in size, colour, or finish may occur and shall not be considered defects.<\/p><p>Photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor differences may appear due to lighting or screen settings.<\/p><h2>3. Orders<\/h2><p>Orders are placed online from the available collections. Once the order has been validated and payment confirmed, an email confirmation is sent within 48 business hours.<\/p><p>The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event an item becomes unavailable. The Client will be notified as soon as possible.<\/p><h2>4. Prices and Payment<\/h2><p>All prices are expressed in euros, including taxes. Shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are at the Client\u2019s expense.<\/p><p>Payment is made securely online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.<\/p><h2>5. Delivery<\/h2><p>Products are shipped from Morocco via DHL and delivered to the address specified by the Client. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order.<\/p><p>Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For specific requests (special packaging, alternative transport options), a separate quotation may be provided<\/p><p>The Client must check the parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage in writing to the carrier immediately. No claim will be accepted after three business days from receipt.<\/p><h2>6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/h2><h3>Right of withdrawal<\/h3><p>The Client has a legal period of 7 days from receipt of the goods to request an exchange or a refund, provided that the item:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">has not been used,<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition,<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">is accompanied by the purchase invoice and a return form requested at <a href=\"mailto:sales@valeriebarkowski.com\">sales@valeriebarkowski.com<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Return shipping costs are at the Client\u2019s expense.<\/p><h3>Exception \u2013 Custom-made items<\/h3><p>Made-to-order or personalised products are neither refundable nor exchangeable, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. All custom orders are final. If a modification is requested before dispatch, administrative or production costs may be retained.<\/p><h2>7. Transfer of Ownership<\/h2><p>Ownership of the goods is transferred to the Client upon full payment. Transport-related risks are borne by the Client once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.<\/p><h2>8. Liability and Warranty<\/h2><p>The Seller undertakes to supply products that comply with Belgian law. It cannot be held responsible for improper use or legal incompatibility in another country.<\/p><p>Products are covered by the statutory warranty against hidden defects. All claims must be made in writing and accompanied by supporting documents.<\/p><p>The Seller cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control (shipping delays, strikes, customs issues, etc.).<\/p><h2>9. Personal Data<\/h2><p>Data collected when placing an order are processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
