The e-shop and the website valeriebarkowski.com<\/a> are exclusively published and operated by the company Eggs SRL (Brussels, Belgium), under a commercial operating license granted by Val\u00e9rie Barkowski, exclusive holder of all intellectual property and copyright rights over her creations, models, and archives since 1996.<\/p>

1. Scope of application<\/h2>

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded between EGGS SRL (hereinafter “the Seller”) and any non-professional natural person (hereinafter “the Customer”) via the websites www.valeriebarkowski.com<\/a> or www.valeriebarkowski.shop<\/a>.<\/p>

Purchasing on these sites implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. The products are intended solely for consumers with the legal capacity to enter into a contract. <\/p>

2. Products<\/h2>

The items offered are handmade using artisanal processes. Slight variations in size, color, or finish may occur and shall not constitute a defect. <\/p>

Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor differences may exist depending on screen settings or lighting.<\/p>

3. Orders<\/h2>

Orders are placed online from the available collections. Once the order is validated and paid for, a confirmation email is sent within 48 business hours. <\/p>

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event that an item is unavailable. In such cases, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. <\/p>

4. Price and payment<\/h2>

Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the Customer. <\/p>

Payment is made online, securely, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal. Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering. <\/p>

5. Delivery<\/h2>

Products are shipped from Morocco via DHL, then delivered to the shipping address. The estimated timeframe is 3 to 4 weeks from the date of the order. <\/p>

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of the order. In the event of a specific request (special packaging or transport), a supplementary quote may be provided. <\/p>

The Customer is required to check the package upon receipt and to immediately notify the carrier, in writing, of any apparent damage. After a period of 3 working days, no claim will be admissible. <\/p>
