I was thinking a lot about table linens since we had all the time in the world to think about cooking and setting beautiful tables. I needed a playful table; placemats and tablecloths bored me. So I made a sketch in my large notebook; the idea of islands was born. <\/em><\/p>\n I looked for a name for them: I thought of \u2018island\u2019 in Russian, but I was mistaken; \u2018ozera\u2019 means lake.
