1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made between EGGS SRL (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) and any individual consumer acting for personal, non-commercial purposes (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) via the websites www.valeriebarkowski.com or www.valeriebarkowski.shop.
Placing an order on these sites constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Products are intended exclusively for consumers with legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2. Products
All items are handmade using artisanal techniques. Slight variations in size, colour, or finish may occur and shall not be considered defects.
Photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor differences may appear due to lighting or screen settings.
3. Orders
Orders are placed online from the available collections. Once the order has been validated and payment confirmed, an email confirmation is sent within 48 business hours.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event an item becomes unavailable. The Client will be notified as soon as possible.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are expressed in euros, including taxes. Shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are at the Client’s expense.
Payment is made securely online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped from Morocco via DHL and delivered to the address specified by the Client. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For specific requests (special packaging, alternative transport options), a separate quotation may be provided
The Client must check the parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage in writing to the carrier immediately. No claim will be accepted after three business days from receipt.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Right of withdrawal
The Client has a legal period of 7 days from receipt of the goods to request an exchange or a refund, provided that the item:
- has not been used,
- is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition,
- is accompanied by the purchase invoice and a return form requested at sales@valeriebarkowski.com.
Return shipping costs are at the Client’s expense.
Exception – Custom-made items
Made-to-order or personalised products are neither refundable nor exchangeable, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. All custom orders are final. If a modification is requested before dispatch, administrative or production costs may be retained.
7. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the goods is transferred to the Client upon full payment. Transport-related risks are borne by the Client once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Liability and Warranty
The Seller undertakes to supply products that comply with Belgian law. It cannot be held responsible for improper use or legal incompatibility in another country.
Products are covered by the statutory warranty against hidden defects. All claims must be made in writing and accompanied by supporting documents.
The Seller cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control (shipping delays, strikes, customs issues, etc.).
9. Personal Data
Data collected when placing an order are processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). They are used exclusively to process and deliver orders.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the websites (texts, images, designs, logos, graphic identity, etc.) is the exclusive property of Valérie Barkowski. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, even in cases involving multiple defendants or third-party claims.
