Cali Bath Towel

The Cali Bath Towel features the house’s signature thick white cotton terry, paired with a finish that leaves the edge raw rather than stitched.

Unlike other bath linens, whose edge is hemmed in several layers, the Cali Bath Towel’s edge stays flat. Along this edge, a solid-thread embroidery forms a continuous zigzag, creating a succession of vertical lines.

The finish, explained for this piece

On the largest piece in the collection, the embroidery runs the full length of the edge, highlighting the rhythm of the vertical lines across a generous surface.

The absence of stitching on this edge is a deliberate finishing choice: it leaves a slight fringe on the sides, which may become very slightly more pronounced over time with washing, without affecting the piece’s structure.

This fringe is part of the piece’s character, just like the embroidered thread.

– Dimensions: 100 cm x 150 cm. Our pieces are woven on large looms and maintain standard dimensions; a particular size requires dedicated production, reserved for hospitality projects or large quantity orders.

– Please note: a more compact size, the Cali Shower Sheet (70 x 140 cm), is available for smaller bathrooms or shower rooms.

– Material: 100% cotton terry, 700 g/m², immediate absorption from the first wash.

– Solid colors: Beige, Brick, Carmine, Khaki, Plum, Water.

Composing your bathroom

The Cali Bath Towel pairs with the entire house bath linen range, and also coordinates with the Lamu, Pollux, Trass and Memba collections, for those who wish to mix several finishes within the same bathroom.

Available in six solid colors, it’s an easy piece to match with the rest of the house, from the Shower Sheet to the Guest Towel.

Care

A first wash at 40°C before use reveals the terry’s full softness and absorption capacity. Separate light tones from dark tones, and machine drying restores the cotton’s full suppleness.

Avoid fabric softeners: they reduce cotton’s absorbency. The raw edge of this finish simply requires a little care when washing, to preserve its shape over time.
